The problem is persisting later on trying all of the higher up. It is simply affecting one of my accounts. I have other Outlook/hotmail accounts that are working. Here are answers to your questions:

  • Access your account through a web browser, spider web email (not sure what the difference is between web browser or web email) I'm using "alive.com" on the figurer.
  • Does the upshot happen when you are using a dissimilar browser or calculator? It happens using a different browser. I haven't tried a different computer
  • Have you received any error or default messages when you send or receive any electronic mail? Aye "Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you lot about whatsoever issues you study." when I tried to send an electronic mail. However the e-mail was sent and it was received by a dissimilar hotmail account.
    I sent an email from a different hotmail account to the problem account and it is listed as sent just it was not received.
  • Kindly verify what do y'all mean "Outlook" Is it Microsoft Office Outlook or Outlook.com? Information technology is Outlook.com

I access my post through my internet browser.  I never had this issue earlier Outlook took over---

I experience like I have to refresh my e-mail every few seconds-- my cache is cleared many times a twenty-four hour period-- information technology is annoying to exist told that something is Always wrong with Outlook/Hotmail.

I never said I was unable to admission my mailbox.  I am non sure where yous read that.

What I said is that I am constantly getting the bulletin that "there is something wrong, please refresh.  I get this anytime I try to look at a bulletin, articulate a mailbox, etc.  I am spending majoring of my time refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.

I never had this upshot before Outlook took over.

I can't answer about another browser because I merely apply Google Chrome.

I can't answer most using another reckoner because I simply have the one laptop.

I can't answer about using other Microsoft accounts because this one is the only 1 I take.

All I know is that I, and many others, keep getting the same message nigh 'something is wrong'.

I clear my cache, I brand certain at that place are no issues on you main site, etc.

Please fix this-- I am not the just 1.

I understand why you lot are request the questions-- I was answering them.  I was not disputing the reason y'all were asking.

All I questioned was where you got the idea I couldn't access my mail-- I never had said that.  I said I was being told something was incorrect-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't admission mail.

As for other browsers I accept no other browsers on my reckoner.  IE 8/ix crashes many of the applications I use on the computer.  Firefox is extremely laggy.  I take only used Google Chrome for years.
